-Monitor performance
-Upgrade from ESX 3.0.1 to newest release
-Knows Vmotion for Storage
-Knows VDI

Pluses:
-Any relevant certifications (MCSE,MCSA,VCP,VSP)
-EMC clariion CX experience
-Cisco Fabric experience
